Community Support…Now for Survival!
Even years later many families still are reeling from the impact that COVID had on their families and lives. Businesses closed, jobs lost, struggling to just survive.
The Community Support Fund covers many needs for families. Much is just Basic Survival…food and shelter!
Your gift to our Community Support provides food for families and help with rent when needed to keep families from becoming homeless.
Recent flooding throughout Kenya forced many families to flee from the raging waters as homes were flooded or swept away. They turned to school and churches to house them until they could return home.
Food was scarce but with the help of our generous Donors, Olalo delivered food for several days feeding over 1,000 people.
The Community Support Fund also helps with

Olalo has financed small business start-ups for young entrepreneurs leading to self-sufficiency and creating work opportunities for others in the community.
