Monthly Food Deliveries to Widows/Orphans

Elderly widows, many raising their orphaned grandchildren need help!  They are too old to work, or too sick, and they are going hungry…and so are their grandchildren.  They just don’t have the ability to get food.

Many will spend their days begging for food in the villages or to their neighbors. Often, they go without food and resort to boiling weeds in water just to have something to eat. 

Their health is suffering from lack of nutrition, their grandchildren suffer not only from hunger but also from not being able to concentrate in school on empty tummies.

Because these elderly widows cannot just go out and work (some are over 100 years old) we are providing a monthly food delivery to their homes.  Currently we deliver to 30 homes each month, but there are so many more that need help…they need food.

Expanding the number of widows and orphans getting food each month depends on you.  A one-time or monthly recurring donation would be a blessing to the many widows hoping to get help.  Thank you!
